An exhibition inspired by Saroini Naidu’s protagonist Queen Gulnaar, from The Queen’s Rival, Shaahana showcased a splendid collection of sarees (Paithanis, Benarasi, Jamdanis in khadi, Patan Patolas in Twill) by textile revivalist Sailesh Singhania and an eclectic spread of silver jewellery by Apala by Sumit. The exhibition was curated by Born of Web and held at the Claridges Hotel, Aurangzeb Road on August 22nd, 2019.
